IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this action is dismissed in accordance with the Memorandum-Decision and Order of U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci, filed on August 21, 2023 which ORDERED that the Defendants' motion for summary judgment, Dkt. No. 56, is GRANTED; ORDERED that the claims against the John Doe #1-5 defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice as time-barred; and ORDERED that the Clerk shall enter judgment in Defendants' favor and close this case.
