Johnson v. Olliff

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 19, 1974
305 So. 2d 834 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. W-381.

November 19, 1974.

Petition for Writ of Prohibition — Original Jurisdiction.

William T. Lassiter, Jr., of Hernandez, Matthews Lassiter, Jacksonville, for petitioners.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Andrew W. Lindsey, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

Upon consideration of the petitioners' petition for writ of prohibition, the brief in support thereof, respondent's return to rule nisi and petitioners' reply thereto, we are of the opinion that the petition fails to contain grounds or cause for the relief requested.

Accordingly, the petition for writ of prohibition is denied.

JOHNSON, Acting C.J., and SPECTOR and BOYER, JJ., concur.
