Order denying appellants' motion to dismiss the fourth cause of action alleged in the complaint on the ground that it fails to set forth facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Lewis and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
