Based upon the "APPELLEE'S CONFESSION OF ERROR", filed with this Court on August 29, 1994, the order under review is hereby reversed.

Accordingly, this cause is remanded with directions to the trial court to grant appellant Rayvon Johnson's motion to quash the purported service of process that was the subject of the said appellant's motion previously heard and denied by the trial court.

Reversed and remanded.
