BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND MoCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator, Jerrick W. Johnson, contends the district court has not responded to his motion for oral argument. Rule 9.8(a) of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana District Courts requires a mover to submit an order with a motion. Relator did not provide any documentation to the Court establishing relator filed an order with his motion for oral argument.
