CLARIFICATION OF CLAIMS (COMPLETE EITHER OPTION 1 OR OPTION 2)

OPTION 1: INTENT TO SEEK HABEAS RELIEF

In accordance with the Court's Order of June 30, 2021, I hereby clarify that the claims in this lawsuit have been brought to challenge the fact or duration of my pretrial detention pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, and I have attached a completed habeas petition to be filed in this matter.

OPTION 2: INTENT TO PURSUE CLAIMS THROUGH A CIVIL RIGHTS ACTION

In accordance with the Court's Order of June 30, 2021, I hereby clarify that the claims in this lawsuit have been brought for constitutional violations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and/or intellectual property rights.
