Johnson v. Johnson

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Oct 3, 1986
495 So. 2d 285 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-2800.

October 3, 1986.

Appeal from nonfinal order of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Robert E. Beach, Judge.

David M. Wall, Clearwater, for appellant.

Thomas P. Colclough of Wallace, Finck, Boake Colclough, P.A., St. Petersburg, for appellee.

Appellant appeals from a contempt order resulting from arrearages in alimony and support payments.

We reverse that portion of the contempt order which incorrectly stated that the husband is $9,220 in arrears. The correct amount of arrearages is $7,720.

We affirm the order in all other respects.

GRIMES, A.C.J., and CAMPBELL and LEHAN, JJ., concur.
