Appeal, No. 271, Jan. T., 1957, from judgment of Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia District, Oct. T., 1956, No. 194, reversing judgment of Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1955 No. 10848, in case of Nora Johnson v. J. H. Terry Co. et al. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 182 Pa. Super. 258.

Appeal by defendants from award by Workmen's Compensation Board.

Order entered dismissing appeal and judgment entered for claimant, opinion by HAGAN, J. Defendants appealed to the Superior Court, which reversed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by claimant to Supreme Court allowed.
