ORDER REMANDING CASE FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION


In light of the Plaintiff's April 2, 2004 Objections to the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, this matter is REMANDED to Magistrate Judge Jeff Kaplan for further consideration pursuant to the provisions of Title 28, United States Code, Section 636(b).

All future filings regarding this case should be addressed to the United States Magistrate Judge, not to the District Judge, and should be accompanied by a transmittal letter addressed to the Magistrate Judge, so that filings will reach the Magistrate without delay.
