MEMORANDUM OPINION


On March 5, 2008, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. On March 10, 2008, we notified appellants by letter that the $175 filing fee was due. We directed appellants to pay the fee within ten days or the appeal would be dismissed. Nevertheless, to date, appellants have not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
