The petitioner has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus with the Court. To the extent the petitioner seeks the type of relief available in a motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure, the petition is dismissed as unauthorized. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla.2004). To the extent the petitioner seeks a review of the district court's decision in Case No. 5D13–1071, the petition is denied. Any motions or other requests for relief are denied.
