Opinion

Petitioner's Petition for Belated Appeal filed on June 10, 2015, is hereby dismissed. “[T]he court's authority to grant belated appeals in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c) is limited to criminal cases and does not extend to appeals arising from either civil or administrative matters.” Washington v. Dep't of Revenue Child Support Enforcement ex rel. Simmons, 75 So.3d 388 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011).

No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by the Court.
