ORDER

By Order issued February 8, 2023, petitioner was directed to file a proper amended petition and to pay the Court's filing fee. The copy of that Order served on petitioner at his address of record was returned to the Court marked "return to sender". It appears that petitioner's address has changed, and he is advised that the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure require that he notify the Court promptly of any change in address.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address of record is changed to the address provided by the Florida Department of Corrections as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve an additional copy of the February 8, 2023 Order on petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to file a proper amended petition and to pay the Court's fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee is extended to May 25, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
