ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 10, 2022, the petition to commence this case was filed on behalf of petitioner by Buffy Eckhardt, who represents that she is Raymond W. Johnson's personal representative. No documentation supporting that claim, however, is contained in the Court's record. On March 24, 2023, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, Buffy Eckhardt shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto documentation, such as a Court order, letters testamentary, or letters of administration, supporting her claim that she is the personal representative for Raymond W. Johnson. A copy of Mr. Johnson's death certificate also shall be attached to the Response. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision pending submission of the requested documentation.
