This case is calendared for trial at the Court's April 24, 2023, New Orleans, Louisiana, trial session. On March 2, 2023, at 3:57 PM (docket entry 10), respondent filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision with a typographical error. Respondent has since filed on March 14, 2023, a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision (docket entry 11) and a Settlement Stipulation (docket entry 12). The Notice of Deficiency in this case has the last date to file Petition with the Tax Court redacted. It is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed on March 2, 2023, at 3:57 PM (docket entry 10), is hereby deemed stricken from the record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 27, 2023, respondent shall file a report with a copy of the Notice of Deficiency attached that does not have the last date to file Petition with the Tax Court redacted.
