This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. In telephone calls with the Court on October 31, 2022, the parties explained that they have reached a basis for settlement and will file a proposed stipulated decision by November 1, 2022.

It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
