ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson, Paris Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session.

On October 14, 2022, docket entry 11, respondent filed a Status Report indicating that respondent is conceding the case based on the relevant law and facts of this case and has prepared a decision document for both parties' signature. Respondent requests 30 days to file the fully executed decision document with the Court.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
