On August 30, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report updating the Court of petitioner's transfer from the Federal Correctional Institute in Memphis, Tennessee to the Federal Correctional Institute in Beckley, West Virginia.

To update the Court's record, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address provided in Respondent's Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve on petitioner at his new address of record a copy of this Order.
