This case is calendared for trial at the October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On September 12, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) indicating additional time is needed to review documentation and to resolve the case. Petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
