CLARENCE M. JOHNSON, JR., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Upon due consideration of the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee filed August 4, 2022, which does not appear to meet the Court's guidelines for waiver of the fee, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied.

Petitioner is reminded that the Court's $60 filing fee and a ratification of the petition are to be submitted on or before September 20, 2022. Failure to pay the fee and file a ratification may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
