This case was continued from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

The Court served an Order on January 21, 2021, directing the parties to file a joint status report by July 14, 2021, and every six months thereafter. Neither party has filed anything since January 10, 2022. We will give the parties an additional two weeks to file a status report with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 3, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
