This case was stricken from the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and the Court ordered petitioner to file a status report. On March 4, 2022, petitioner's counsel filed a status report informing the Court that petitioner "is able to respond to requests at this time; but is continuing to deal with health issues." To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
