ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On February 11, 2022, the parties filed a motion for continuance requesting therein that the undersign retain jurisdiction of this case.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed February 11, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
