On February 15, 2022, attorney Samuel A. Lambert filed an Entry of Appearance, purportedly on behalf of petitioner. However, the document is improper, insofar as it states that Mr. Lambert is entering an appearance on behalf of himself.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Entry of Appearance is hereby deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 25, 2022, Samuel A. Lambert shall file a proper entry of appearance.
