This case is calendared for trial during the Court's February 14, 2022, Lubbock, Texas, remote trial session. Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's response, filed December 20, 2021, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 11, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice(s) of deficiency on which this case is based. It is further
