ORDER

This case was continued from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

The Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of this case. Petitioner's counsel indicated that he would be able to provide the Commissioner with bank records in the near future, which is likely to lead to settlement. The Court will accordingly allow 60 days for the parties to submit a stipulated decision document. Accordingly, it is

ORDERD that, on or before February 8, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court.
