On November 26, 2021, the parties electronically filed two proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Both proposed stipulated decisions were uploaded/scanned incorrectly (sideways) and therefore cannot be processed by the Court in their present form.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described proposed stipulated decisions are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall properly file a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
