This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 6, 2021, New Orleans, Louisiana, remote trial session. On November 5, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues and informed the Court that all issues in this case have been resolved and computations are needed. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued and stricken from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on December 6, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report with the Court. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
