On October 22, 2021, Michelle McCarthy filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioners in this case. In her motion Ms. McCarthy indicates that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion. Ms. McCarthy also states that petitioners consent to her withdrawal as their counsel in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. McCarthy's Motion To Withdraw is granted and Ms. McCarthy is withdrawn as counsel for petitioners in this case.
