On July 30, 2024, pursuant to the Court's February 2, 2024, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of petitioner's Chapter 13 bankruptcy case with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. The parties report the same as what they reported in their January 25, 2024, Joint Status Report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 30, 2025, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case and the bankruptcy case.
