ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

For the reasons set forth in respondent's oral motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, made December 4, 2023, and because petitioner has failed to respond to the Order to Show Cause, served December 5, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that respondent may proceed with collection as determined in the Notice of Determination dated March 30, 2022, a copy of which is attached to the petition.
