This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On September 24, 2021, petitioners Jenny and Jermaine Johnson filed an unopposed motion for continuance. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Johnsons' motion for continuance, filed September 24, 2021, is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further
