This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On July 27, 2023, the Court served on petitioner a Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 10) and a Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 11), which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Forward Time Exp Rtn to Send."

For cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner, upon receipt of this Order, shall provide the Court with written notice of her current address. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of (1) this Order, (2) the Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 10) and (3) the Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 11) on petitioner at the address listed on the returned envelope.
