Upon due consideration of the record of this case and petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time filed July 12, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted in that the time within which he is directed (1) to file a proper amended petition and (2) to either pay the filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee, is extended to August 17, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a form which may be used to file an amended petition and to apply for waiver of the fee. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall update petitioner's address of record to the address provided with the above-referenced motion.
