AMBER CHRISTINA JOHNSON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 28, 2023, respondent filed in this case a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, asserting therein that this case should be closed because the petition challenges the same notice of deficiency that petitioner challenges in her case at Docket No. 25158-22. A Stipulated Decision was entered in the case at Docket No. 25158-22 on April 25, 2023. Respondent indicates that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's just-described motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication is granted in that this case is dismissed on the grounds of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 25158-22.
