ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

On August 18, 2021, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, directing the parties to show cause in writing why this case should not be closed on the ground of duplication with petitioner's case at Docket No. 8237-21S. On September 3, 2021, the parties filed a joint Status Report in response to the Court's Order, agreeing that this case and the case at Docket No. 8237-21S are duplicative and stating that the case at Docket No. 8237-21S should be closed.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued in this case August 18, 2021, is discharged.
