On May 18, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Failure To Properly Prosecute. On June 11, 2021, the parties submitted a proposed stipulated decision, which the Court will approve.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Failure To Properly Prosecute is denied as moot.
