ORDER

ORDER

The defendant Jimmy Charles Johnson ("Johnson") has filed an objection to the recommendation of the magistrate judge and motion requesting an extension of time to file objections. This is Johnson's second request for additional time to file objections to the magistrate's findings, conclusions, and recommendation. On November 22, 2002, this court issued an order denying Johnson's initial request for additional time as unwarranted, followed by an order adopting the magistrate judge's findings and dismissing Johnson's petition.

Johnson filed the present motion on November 21, 2002, which is two days after any objections were due. Having reviewed Johnson's objection and motion, the court finds that his request for additional time is unwarranted and his objection without merit. Accordingly, Johnson's request for additional time is DENIED and his objection is OVERRULED.
