ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS' THIRD MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT


This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Additional Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Third Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed on February 25, 2005. Plaintiffs' counsel has been consulted and does not oppose the requested extension of time. Based on the foregoing and for good cause shown, it is therefore ORDERED, DECREED and ADJUDGED that Defendant's motion be and hereby is GRANTED and that Defendant shall have an additional twenty (20) days in which to submit a response to Plaintiff's Third Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.

SO ORDERED.
