ORDER


For the reasons set forth in the accompanying memorandum opinion, the motion for an order acknowledging substitution [Doc. 12] is hereby GRANTED and the United States of America is hereby substituted for Vicky Martin as a named defendant. The parties are hereby DIRECTED to make this substitution apparent in the caption of all future pleadings. The motion for enlargement of time [Doc. 28] is hereby GRANTED such that the U.S. will have ten (10) days from entry of this order to respond to plaintiff's complaint.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
