ORDER

The following order was entered:

The motion filed in this cause on the 19th of June 2009 and designated `Petition for Extension of Time' is dismissed without prejudice to refile with a showing that an initial thirty-day extension of time for production and delivery of the transcript has been obtained by plaintiff-appellant from the trial court pursuant to N.C.R. App. P. 7(b)(1) and 27(c). The provisions of N.C.R. App. P. 3A(b)(1) are only applicable to qualifying juvenile cases.

By order of the Court this the 22nd of June 2009.
