ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to obtain transcript and file brief on appeal is treated as a motion to extend time to order the transcript and is GRANTED. Appellant is directed to secure the filing of the stenographer's certificate for the October 20, 2022 hearing date within 14 days of the certification of this order. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the stenographer's certificate is not filed within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.
