STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their respective counsel, and with the permission of the Court as evidenced below, that the time for responding to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment be extended 32 days from August 25, 2011, to September 26, 2011. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's motion.
