Appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered April 1, 2022, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein from said order, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the order entered April 1, 2022, are hereby stayed, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is denied.
