Petition for rehearing granted. The order entered January 11, 2016, denying the petition for a writ of certiorari is vacated. The motion petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for a writ of certiorari are granted. The judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Alabama Supreme Court for further consideration in light of Hurst v. Florida, 577 U.S. –––– (2016).
