ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's February 16, 2016 Objections to Appellant's Designation of Record on Appeal. Appellee requests that items 1, 3 through 8, and 10 listed in appellant's designation of the record be excluded from the clerk's record. We construe appellant's objections as a motion to alter appellant's designation of the clerk's record. We DENY appellee's motion.
