JAMES E. JOHNS, JR. & PAULA C. LUSK, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On April 27, 2023, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. The parties' settlement stipulation references an attached Form 3623, Statement of Account. However, no Statement of Account is attached to that settlement stipulation.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described settlement stipulation is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 12, 2023, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation and attach thereto the relevant Form 3623, Statement of Account. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision in abeyance.
