This case is scheduled for trial at the remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at Baltimore, Maryland, on November 1, 2021. On April 13, 2021, the Court issued an Order denying petitioner's Motion for Leave to file First Amendment to Petition (docket entry no. 74). On September 17, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order (docket entry no. 81) and Motion for Relief Pursuant to Rule 91(e) (docket entry no. 83).

Upon due consideration, it is.

ORDERED that, on or before October 12, 2021, respondent shall file separate responses to the above-referenced motions.
