MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Hon. Stan L. Pritzker, Associate Justice

Motion, pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal of order of Family Court, Saratoga County, dated February 23, 2022 and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that, pending determination of the appeal, appellant shall have, in addition to the visitation provided for in the order of Family Court, Saratoga County, dated February 23, 2022, a minimum of 30 minutes of Skype/FaceTime/video visitation with the younger child at least twice per week, and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall use her best efforts to ensure that such visitation occurs.
