MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, John Crane Production Solutions, Inc., has filed in this court an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, Appellant indicates that the judgment from which it appealed has been vacated and set aside by the trial court. Appellants requests that we dismiss this appeal and that each party bear its own costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1. Appellant has certified that counsel for Appellee does not oppose this motion.
The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
